Salary: starting at EUR 3.300,00 gross monthly (variable based on qualifications and experience) paid 14 times per year

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Preparation and presentation of gourmet dishes and their mise en place
Instruction and training of new employees
Introduction of new ideas in all areas of the kitchen (dishes, products, goods, etc.)
Support the Executive Chef in all areas
Creation of duty rosters, including vacation planning
Role model in the execution and implementation of the Executive Chef's menu and guidelines for the whole team
Control of products, including at the reception of goods
Control of the cold storage rooms in accordance with HACCP and participation in inventory
Adherence to quality standards
Engage and ensure smooth cooperation with the Banquets Team
Ability to cover any station
Job requirements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have:
Completed vocational training as a chef
Proven professional experience as a sous chef or in a managerial position
Strong administrative skills
Strong communication skills as well as the ability to consistently observe, evaluate, and optimize processes and results
Good people management skills, leadership qualities, and a high level of organizational talent
