Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses.   • Salary : starting at EUR 2.400,00 gross monthly (variable based on qualifications and experience) paid 14 times per year

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Taking, processing, and controlling incoming individual and group reservations

  • Creating and sending reservation offers and confirmations

  • Communicating with individual guests over the phone

  • Handling general guest correspondence and administrative tasks (restaurant bookings, information about Salzburg and its attractions, support with tour bookings)

  • Entering reservations in the hotel system

  • Controlling all incoming reservations through our booking channels

  • Controlling arrivals for the next few days

  • Controlling departures for the next day

  • Assisting special guests (e.g., VIPs) and responding to their inquiries

  • Identifying guests’ needs and building relationships with them

  • Keeping the arriving guests lists up-to-date

  • Handling customer complaints and referring them to management if necessary

  • Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards

Job requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

  • Computer skills and MS Office fluency

  • Previous experience with reservations systems and software is desirable

  • A customer-oriented and professional attitude

  • An open-minded personality

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Administrative and organizational skills and time management
