Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Coordinating and delivering a busy and varied range of events and activities at Schloss Leopoldskron

• Managing the events calendar and handling all related event administration

• Preparing offers, contracts, function sheets, and invoices

• Leading site inspections, tours of the Schloss, and client meetings

• Acting as a key point of contact for our international guests and supporting clients on event days

• Coordinating closely with all operational departments to ensure the smooth running of events

• Supporting the maintenance and further development of quality standards within the department

• Taking on a coordinating role within the events team, including staff scheduling support and oversight of day-to-day operations

• Following up with clients and supporting evaluations and feedback processes

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a passion for events and creating amazing guest experiences

• You have excellent language skills in German and English

• You understand the importance of delivering excellent service every time

• You’ve got strong administrative skills, including MS Office

• You are flexible, resilient, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• You work independently, take responsibility, and enjoy being part of a team

• You bring experience in event management or in hospitality and gastronomy

• You enjoy taking ownership and supporting colleagues in the day-to-day running of operations

• Ideally, you have some previous leadership experience

• Guestline knowledge would be an advantage
