Nestled by a small, idyllic lake and surrounded by 17 acres of stunning grounds, Schloss Leopoldskron is a historic hideaway just minutes from Salzburg’s Old Town. Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. With breathtaking views of the Alps and Hohensalzburg Fortress, we provide our guests with truly unforgettable experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Preparing dishes for our events (no à la carte)
Preparing high-quality desserts, sweets, and cakes
Creative development and presentation of new dessert ideas
Ensuring and documenting the daily routine
Independently and reliably completing tasks
Cooperating with colleagues from other departments
Working according to HACCP standards
Job requirements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience (Gastronomy)
Additional experience or training in patisserie
Knowledge in the preparation of desserts and sweets
Enthusiastic and guest-oriented work approach
Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
Team spirit, commitment, and passion for tourism
Initiative and a dedicated approach to work
Excellent interpersonal skills
German or English language skills
