WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Perform daily rounds of the entire Schloss premises to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards
Independently carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Coordinate and supervise external service providers and technicians as needed
Set up and dismantle equipment for events in indoor and outdoor areas
Assist with gardening and park maintenance when needed
Support technical aspects of sustainability efforts (e.g., energy efficiency, waste management)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate regular inspections (e.g., fire protection, elevators)
Work closely with the Manager, Housekeeping & Facility
Job requirements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Completed vocational training in a trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC) or extensive hands-on experience in a technical/maintenance role
Strong technical knowledge and practical skills
Good command of German; English is a plus
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Physical fitness and willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
Reliability, resilience, and a sense of responsibility
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage ongoing maintenance tasks
Team spirit and good collaboration with colleagues across departments
