WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Maintaining the historic gardens and grounds of Schloss Leopoldskron
  • Keeping lawns, flower beds, trees, and shrubs in top condition
  • Planning and executing seasonal planting and landscaping projects
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the outdoor areas
  • Monitoring plant and tree care, including pest and disease management
  • Collaborating with the maintenance and events teams to enhance the guest experience
  • Working independently and reliably

Job requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are/you have:

  • Completed vocational training in horticulture or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of garden maintenance, landscaping, and plant care
  • Passion for nature, creativity, and sustainability
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
  • Team-oriented with plenty of initiative
  • German or English language skills
