WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Night Porter, you'll be the face of Schloss Leopoldskron, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out service
• Looking after our VIP guests and accompanying our guests staying in suites at the castle
• Assisting our guests with their stay in Salzburg (e.g., booking services or restaurants, confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) and giving insider tips and recommendations about the city handling customer complaints and escalating them to the management if necessary
• Preparing drinks as well as some snacks in the Meierhof Café adjacent to the reception

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are/have:

• some experience in a similar position and a passion for providing amazing guest service
• proficient written & spoken German and English skills
• admin skills, including MS Office
• flexible, adaptable, and always ready to take on a new challenge
• able to handle multiple tasks and manage your time effectively
• experience with Protel would be nice to have
