WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Perform daily rounds of the entire premises to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards
Independently carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Oversee the workflow and assign tasks to maintenance team members
Coordinate and supervise external service providers and technicians as needed
Set up and dismantle equipment for events (indoors/outdoors)
Assist with gardening and park maintenance when required
Support technical aspects of sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste management)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate regular inspections (fire safety, elevators)
Work closely with and report to the Manager, Housekeeping & Facility
Job requirements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Completed vocational training in a trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC) or extensive hands-on technical experience
Strong technical knowledge and practical skills
Good command of German; English proficiency is a plus
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Physical fitness and readiness for indoor and outdoor tasks
Reliability, resilience, and a sense of responsibility
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and supervise tasks effectively
Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
