Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Close cooperation with Facility Management

• Supervision and cleaning of complex room categories, i.e. suites and VIP rooms

• Communication of all room defects in VIP rooms and Castle Suites during cleaning and pre‑arrival inspections to ensure the rooms are defect‑free and in perfect condition upon guest arrival

• Monitoring and ensuring order and cleanliness in storage rooms and housekeeping offices

• Support with guest requests or short‑notice special tasks

• Training and support of new employees within the department

• Point of contact for the external company during the shift

• Independent execution of demanding cleaning and maintenance tasks

• Discreet, service‑oriented demeanor when dealing with guests

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• German and/or English language skills (additional language skills are an advantage)

• Several years of experience in housekeeping

• A sharp eye for detail

• Organizational skills and good time management

• Friendliness and politeness are top priorities

• Resilience and a solution‑oriented approach

• Discretion, trustworthiness, and professional handling of confidential information

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
