Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role, you will support the smooth running of our café/bar and event service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the café/bar area for service, including mise en place

• Preparing and serving drinks and small snacks

• Working early or late shifts, with support for seminars and events where required

• Providing friendly, attentive, and professional service to our guests

• Helping to ensure a smooth daily workflow and keeping relevant documentation up to date

• Completing your tasks independently, reliably, and with attention to detail

• Following HACCP standards and hygiene requirements throughout your work

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Enthusiastic, guest-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence 

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability  

• Initiative, dedication, and a team-oriented approach

• Several years of professional experience desirable

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy an advantage

• German and English skills

• A well-groomed and professional appearance
